The Goal and Purpose

To bring together women interested in living a meaningful and exciting lifestyle while supporting each other mentally, spiritually and socially. Women willing to meet annually with all established chapters in celebration of our womanhood.


Chapter

A group of 12 or more Jewels agreeing to be responsible for planning an activity, meeting, outing, community support, etc., one day monthly or bi-monthly as agreed upon within the chapter.

A member must make a commitment to participate in the monthly support of a minority owned business. The business will be listed on our site and rated by our members. This is a great networking opportunity for minority and/or women owned businesses and services.

UPDATE: Two new chapters are in the process of forming. One in Dover, DE and the other in Los Angeles, CA.

 

Black HatterCallahan Hat

A member must adorn her BLACK HAT as a signature of membership in the Society at all events and gatherings. Black hats come in all styles--let your creative spirit run free.

 

Grey Hatter

Grey Boater Hat

A merging member is a interested women between 45-49. The Society will host a coming of age celebration at the annual convention for those reaching the age of 50 within that year.

 

 

Society nickname

Each chapter member will have a society nickname after a precious jewel such as:

  • Amethyst
  • Aquamarine
  • Aventurine
  • Carnelian
  • Citrine
  • Drusy
  • Emerald
  • Garnet
  • Jade
  • Onyx
  • Opal
  • Pearl
  • Ruby
  • Sapphire
  • Topaz
